well some of you sure don't seem to enjoy it.

you complain about it more than you rave about it.

most years i only find 30 or so really good albums so it might be a little more scattered

It's fucking fun. I'm turning 40 this weekend and at this point I enjoy stuff that's fun. I really couldn't give a fuck about the lyrics or their technical expertise of their singing or instrument playing at this point in my life. If it makes me happy, I like it.

As much as I hate to say it, that's damn funny.

I'd say I find one album each year I really like, some years I don't.

i saw them last night. they were good but the guitarist/singer's overuse of the word rock was a bit annoying. some dude kept buying them beers and shots, which was sort of funny. i left with a song or two to go because i was kind of tired.

I saw them a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't impressed. They followed Japanther, who are a better live act, better musicians (not saying much) and have a cooler "Japan" themed name. I also saw King Khan and the Monotonix that night so it's easy to see why Japandroids weren't too memorable.
