it forced you to change your diet almost completely.

No fast food, no soda, leaner cuts of meat lost of chicken and fish, very little cheese, etc.

congrats? i dont know if this was a good thing or a bad thing that led up to this. but if youre obviously ultimately healthier than yeah thats a good thing.

It was bad, I was way overweight and drifting with it.

It was a blessing in disguise for sure, and probably added 10-15 years to my life, really.

So that was definitely good.

Need to get on the exercise a little more (i.e. at all) but other than that, things are good. I've dropped 2 waist sizes and a shirt size.

Also, I really like these Pentel Energels. Nice and heavy with no rubbery or gooey parts, but they do suck ink.
