Lord help us, it's a fresh gallery of records with a religious theme.
Covering different faiths {but mostly Christian} I hope you'll forgive
me for not digging up many Muslim albums.

first up is a cheap BG album released on RCA's budget Camden label in 1969
it's a bit preachy especially on side 2, but there's a nice UK spin off single below

Live Pope album from '66 released on Decca, as you can see from the tracklist this is basically a Greatest Hits set.
[img][650:637]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god12.jpg[/img]
[img][494:500]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god13.jpg[/img]
long playing recording from Newcastle of the religious TV show Saints Alive! not as interesting as that might sound.
[img][533:525]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/img629.jpg[/img]
the rear of the sleeve for this flexi-disc proclaims "Harry Edwards has been
described as the greatest healer the world has seen since the time of Jesus"
pretty good going for a middle aged chap from Guildford in Surrey!

Still on a Christian tip is this soundtrack to the {truly godawful} movie
Catch My Soul, the only film directed by the late, great Patrick McGoohan,
he really should not have bothered.
[img][650:404]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god15.jpg[/img]
[img][633:614]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god6.jpg[/img]
I found this to be a quite creepy double album of songs which was
originally released on the Vanguard label in 1968. Judge for yourself here
[img][650:642]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god7.jpg[/img]
[img][607:594]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god1.jpg[/img]
If listening to The Family of Apostolic left you speaking in tongues
then you may need to sit down and listen to these fine words of advice
[img][494:500]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god4.jpg[/img]
or alternatively try the alternative Indian approach
[img][650:644]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god5.jpg[/img]
and
really chill out
[img][498:500]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god8.jpg[/img]
not to be confused with the great TV show of the 70's with Fred Dinage
this is a selection of Christain ditties sung by The Campers, not so much How! as Why?
[img][495:500]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god17.jpg[/img]
Thank God for JC then with his narration and songs as he walks a line across Israel
putting Jean Michel Jarre to shame with a 'Sound & Light Show in The Citadel, Jerusalem'
is this great album with music by Noam Sheriff, adapted from the original soundtrack
[img][497:500]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god3.jpg[/img]
I have been known to spin selections from this fine album into my Easter mixes,
especially the funky track 'What's The Buzz - Crucify Him!'
[img][496:500]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/img630.jpg[/img]
a weird 7" featuring selections from the 1972 BBC TV serial written by Galton & Simpson
and deals with the ramifications over plans to install a new urinal in a village square.
It has a priest on the cover so I thought it best to include it!
[img][650:632]http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm50/shanequentin3/god16.jpg[/img]
and finally {thank Christ for that} a simple album with a simple message
