Last time I heard something really bad was in South Boston, right around election time. Well that and maybe my cousins in middle GA, but I don't see them now but every ten years or so.

My dad was making a homemade slingshot one day. He and my mom started talking about how back in the day, he would use one to kill rabbits, squirrels, etc. Though, he called it a "nigasura" in Spanish. Never having heard the word, I asked my mom where that name came from. She responded with, "Well, it's not a very nice word." What d'ya mean? "It's a Spanglish word meaning 'ni**er shooter."

Nothing is really that bad that you'd likely wander into. Barrio Logan, Logan Heights both to the east of downtown are kinda ghetto.

Little Italy kind of sucks. Some restaurants though.

That's why people think the spanglish are lazy. That's not even a new word, it's just saying what you meant through a mouthful of quarters. Stupid lazy spanglish.

I'm watching reps from VM Ware and Citrix debate hypervisor performance. The Citrix guy just called VM ware a bunch of liars. I know this is the nerdiest thing I've ever done, but is it the nerdiest thing ANYONE has ever done? I'm enthralled! This is fantastic!

I use Citrix from home to remotely connect to my server at work.
