Out Hud Let Us Never Speak Of It Again
- who recommends this? why? enquiring mind wants to know.

Prefuse 73 Surrounded By Silence

Simpsons Series 5 which is finally out this side of the Atlantic. I'm also interested in a compilation album....em....compiled by John Savage called 'Meridian 1970' so I'll probably show scant regard to my financial plight and buy that as well.

Don't think there's any new albums out that I much care for, March has been a completely barren month for me - not bought one in the last four weeks, just comps and older stuff.

Definitely picking up Decemberists and Bloc Party. Might pick up the new Hella or Out Hud, too. I'm kinda conflicted about the latter, though.

I've been on a really tight budget, I have all the releases on mp3 already, the only one I might buy is probably going to be M.I.A.

I think I might buy God Of War on Ps2 though.

So wait. You're on a tight budget so you won't buy $12-13 cds, so instead you will buy a $50 ps2 game?

Care to elaborate with comparisons to S.T.R.E.E.T. D.A.D? I was all poised to buy this tomorrow, but you've made me hesitant...

I'm gonna get M.I.A. and possibly the new Radar Bros or Angels of Light (came out last week I think). I shouldn't really be buying anything after the spending binge I've been on this month.

well, in my opinion...this sounds nothing like their first one. it sounds like a bad imitation of the tom tom club to me (which the world really doesn't need, does it?). i guess the female vocals (which are on over half the tracks) really ruin it for me.

Bloc Party and Prefuse are defintley worth buying.

I just cant get into Moby anymore. My friend heard one track on the new record and said it was'nt bad but reminded him too much of Bowie/Ziggy Stardust (not that this is a bad thing, but come on already, its fucking MOBY).

QOTSA, do yourself a favor and pass on this. This record is just not good.

I have not heard one song from The Decemberists.
I've read nothing but kick ass things about them.
Are they that good are just too much hype?

I wish there were $5.99 deals available ala Frances the Mute, I'd jump on a bunch of these albums.

I want to buy Bloc Party, Decemberists, Out Hud, Prefuse, MIA, etc. and some other shit I haven't picked up yet, I'm bad at stopping myself when I grab cds.

And I'll be trading in a game or two to help pay for God Of War, if I do indeed go to buy that.

If the new QOTSA is selling for $6.99 like Songs for the Deaf did when it came out - I might pick it up. Aside from that, I'm really only interested in the new Decemberists.
