Most boring PJ Harvey record ever. She got mature on this one and turned into a middle of the road singer-songwriter chick. Thus, I believe it is beloved by legions.

Hard to vote Iron & Wine after condemning PJ for going that route when you can't get much more polite, laid back singer-songwritery than Iron & Wine. But, when I'm in the mood for something like that, I'm more likely to grab that Iron & Wine record. I reach for other PJ Harvey records for other reasons.

Iron and Wine, but this pairing is pretty meh-tastic.

I&W. That PJ album didn't click with me, at all.

Folks around here love their Iron & Wine. I just can't get into it. Dig that PJ.

This album is pretty shitty, though I like the one with Calexico...

But in the Pantheon of Stench, PJ is nearly tied with such "luminaries" as Patti Smith, Sleater Kinney and Lydia Lunch....

My second favorite Iron and Wine. PJ Harvey has never really caught my interest.
