I know you people will appreciate this -- http://www.divinecaroline.com/22145/799 ... iches-u-s-

While I do appreciate a hearty sandwich now and then, some of those described are downright unappetizing.

There has to be a sandwich in Wisconsin somewhere that stacks up as far as fattiness. I recently ordered a "Monster" BLT at a local eatery, 1 full pound of bacon on it.

that place Fat Head's is nasty.

and to be fair, the typical Primanti bros. sandwich doesn't look like that at all. I never really liked them, but what they show there is a monstrosity.

I was never a big fan of the Primanti's when I lived in Pittsburgh.

They totally missed Manny's deli in Chicago--unconsionable.

the beer selection is great, but most places in the 'burgh have a surprisingly great beer selection.

Most of my dislike comes from the dumptruck proportions and the fact that a friend of mine worked there and spent most of her time getting eye-raped by overstuffed yinzers.

That's the only thing on the list that looks good to me, and it looks really good.

I think this is a non-burger list.

I've had a 1/2 Primanti without the egg. A good death nearly had me too.

I really enjoyed Primanti Bros.

Oh it was good, it was the rest of whatever it takes a body to process it that nearly had me comatose along with the debauchery of the long weekend I was there, I.C.'s included. I had a great time by the Rivers. First time I ever played guitar in a venue, almost had a fight over pool, and lost a friend who hiked too far ahead in the woods.
