I'm looking forward to Dave's stump speech for Room On Fire.

They've never sat in the front seat of Derris' Explorer after an all day drinking binge on a game day and tried to "get right" listening to Room on Fire, therefore they will vote for middling spoon record.

Room on Fire gets the nod here. While I like both records, I think the Strokes album is generally more consistent or at least feels more homogeneous to my ears.

kill the moonlight, although the way these albums are trending as far as my appreciation of them and what I am listening to more often, that will likely change someday.

Room on Fire. 100x better than the debut.

Hell I think it's maybe not even once as good as the debut.....which still makes it my #1 of this decade.

Is This It is easy Top 10, probably slotting in around #7

I'm still not down with this particular sentiment though. When I feel like hearing the Strokes, I go chronologically in order.

Me, too. Except that I skip "Room On Fire".

KTM has maybe two memorable songs, Room On Fire is a memorable album from front to back.
