TOTBL. But how has this record made it this far? It's pretty mediocre.

It beat some impressive albums to get here: King of Leon's Aha Shake Heartbreak in the 1st round, the Hold Steady's Boys and Girls in America in the 2nd round, and MMJ's Z in the Sweet 16.

Yeah, I've voted against it in every round except this one. It's not that I dislike it. I'm more suprised that everyone likes it so much.

I suffer from both Radiohead and Interpol fatigue, but I went with Kid A.

man, between the Stripes, Kill the Moonlight and Kid A losing, I'll have no horses left in this race...I guess it wouldn't be so bad if MMJ won...this tourney turned into kind of a joke from the start, anyway..

Ok. Who told Dashiell Bennett at Deadspin about the OPA! Poll? I am pretty sure DB is attempting to game the system & sway votes to Interpol.

Interpol are one of those bands that just don't know where their strengths are.

I loved the shit out of this record when it came out (context: I was fourteen years old), but rarely listen to it any more. Untitled and NYC remain two of the best songs of the decade though.

In most polls so far, I've voted AGAINST Radiohead, but here I am voting FOR Interpol.

its about a 6 out of 10 in my book, but still better than TOTBL which really only has one song.

This is so far off base that it's picked off with the ump not even bothering to make the call.
