Estate sale.
$425 (+125 for delivery, over 4 blocks)
The thing is in wonderful condition -- not a dead key across the entire keyboard, and the case doesn't have a knick.
I bought it just in time, as there were a couple other people interested, included a piano teacher, who expressed her envy. Thing sounded great, too.

I've been wanting one for a while, and I don't think that I'm gonna find a better deal than this. It's the kind of thing that I walk into Estate Sales and garage sales hoping to stumble upon.

Can't remember the brand off-hand, but it sounds great and plays nicely, too. Ethan will finally have a decent instrument to practice on.

Come to town.
Bring the wife and kids. They'll go out while we make noise.

Congratulations, Todd -- I wish I'd started piano lessons earlier than I did. I might actually be a decent musician today if I had. Hope your kids love it (and you too I guess ;).

I fully expect the next Hop on Pop album to have plenty of Jim James Revue rave-ups.

Okay, so it's a Starck
Here are some photos that I got off of Google image:

This is pretty much exactly what it looks like, although the owner told me that my piano is probably a 1962 or 1963 model and those photos are of a 1969.
