was this the Obner favorite? Can't remember for sure...something Pixies. They're not a band I would put quite that high, but I do like 'em a lot and this is probably my second favorite of theirs after Surfer Rosa.

What's this one?


It's an anonymous band called Music Go Music (album is called Expressions). Apparently, it consists of members from a well-known indie rock group and only the media know who they are but they've been sworn to secrecy.

In any case, music-wise, it borders on guilty pleasure for me as they are heavily influenced by ABBA, Heart, and ELO. It's just a fun Summer album, nothing more.
