I read that there are 6 games that will likely not sell out and therefore be blacked out in the home market this Sunday.

That's a crazy amount of lost tv revenue.

(Bengals are included in the 6. They have about 5,000 tickets to sell by 1:00 pm EST on Thursday. Oh well, I guess I'll listen to it on the radio while I mow the lawn.)

I really wish people would stop picking the Eagles to go to the Super Bowl. It makes me nervous, like some sort of horrible reverse jinx.

Iggles got some talent, but the schedule is rough and the preseason has been horrible. I'm a little worried.

I will predict, though, that DeSean Jackson goes buck wild this year.

Yeah I really dont like all these people even picking the Falcs to win the South even if 9-7 might win said division. The schedule is REAL brutal.

The best thing about everyone picking the Eagles is going to be watching all the blame fall on Vick when the wheels come off...sometime around week 3. Then Fat Andy will finally lose his job and get hired by his kids as a mule.

Who is Eli gonna throw the ball to. Bobbo?

Also, I gotta give you props for leaving the Colts out of the playoffs: Its gonna happen one of these years and this does seem like a good place to start.

Why was Tyree cut? I actually do want the Ravens to pick him up. Would be a nice pick up between him and Mason. Tyree might be hungry now to prove himself.

i think his slow recovery from injuries had a lot to do with that decision.

Oh well pardon me. Rookie receivers usually do just fine.

I wish I didn't have to wait until 8:30 tonight to watch the Packers.

I'm not superstitious at all but I'm fascinated by the Madden Curse. First game out of the shoot, Troy Polamalu goes down. Larry Fitzgerald is next!

That and the fact that they have SEVEN other receivers on the active roster had something to do with it. And I believe Tyree would've been due to make more than most of them.

Still with all of that, who is Eli gonna throw to (that will actually hold on to the ball)?

Fuck you, Brett Favre, you fucking fuck. The last thing we need is to watch the Vikings/Cleveland when there are seven better games to be seen. The only one worse is the horse shit they're airing on CBS.

Die you prima donna fuck.

If there is any justice in the is world he'll break his leg and they won't show the Vikings games the rest of the year.

"Brett Favre loves Football" commentary makes me want to punch someone.

Never in my life have I hated the Vikings more than I do this year. I really didn't think that was possible but Favre made it so. If he does break his leg, I hope it's in week four courtesy of Aaron Kampman.

I'm loving this Falcons offense and still pinching myself that Tony F-ing Gonzalez is a part of it.
