Nebraska just epically shit the bed in Blacksburg with a 15-10 lead late in the 4th quarter. Some douchebag named Matt O'Hanlon who plays Safety gets burnt big time and nearly gives up a huge touchdown. Then the Nebraska comes within one play of saving the game only to allow Tyrod Taylor a fucking lifetime to find someone open in the end zone for a game winning td with less than :30 on the clock.

This team is fucking cursed when it comes to road games and gaining a signature win. In a day when Washington can upset USC, it freaking kills me that Nebraska could dominate a game without an offensive td and completely blow it at the end.

You aren't cursed if you can't beat Virginia Tech. You just suck.

PS. Play Maryland.

We definitely suck playing prevent D or Cover 4. We had two possible touchdowns taken away, one on a clear holding penalty by the Huskers and another one play later when it appeared the Husker receiver maintained possession and got a foot in for the score.

Nah, I'll just get drunk and go FT the rest of the year. Every time we play a meaningful road game, I'll just expect the loss.
Woulda, shoulda, coulda, I'm really getting tired of this era of Husker Football. At least I get to enjoy that 300th Sell-out game in person against another Sun Belt team next week.

BTW, Aren't the Georgia Dawgs one play from being 0-2 this year?

Is anyone aware of a site that streams live video or audio of college football games? A site that allows you to select your team of interest instead of the random game that CBS or ESPN decides to cover.

Isn't this avail through espn360.com?

Hell if I know. I'll look into it. Thanks.

Yeah, they have a whole slew of games on today.

A man trumpeting the return to campus of Slick Rick Neuheisel should not be saying this.

You can hate USC. You can hate USC for a plethora of reasons. But to disparage the school &/or its teams for reasons of ethics, you better have a pristine programme, historically, or at least one not run by a "troubled" coach.

Of course, some will never learn this. Thus, Calipari at Kentucky. Have they forgotten the reign of Eddie Sutton? & closer to your house, Harry -- Jim Harrick.

Harrick was a criminal. RN I think the case is overstated against him, but yeah, probably some slime in there... but Petey is extolled as the wonderful human who oozes love all over South Central while he is total slime... and gets a pass... the LA Times never uttering a whisper against him... and 98% of sportscasters slobbering with anticipation of touching the hem of his garment. A least RN is described as a crook... not a social worker nun.

But yeah, I get your point... it's Saturday, gimme some slack Mr. History D. Flypaperbrain.

i sense a beatdown this weekend. Cincy 35, Beavers 24. Beavs really struggled against UNLV last night.

Looking prophetic (and optimistic) at this point.

Hope the Beavs can rally.

And the house of cards that is Utah (state of) football comes crashing down today---thought Oregon could beat the Utes, but I really thought BYU would handle FSU in the Lavell Edwards. Call me surprised.

Go Dawgs. :drink:

Beautiful.

All in all,a good day.
OU put some work on TU.
TU's not great, but has lead the nation in offense the last 2 years.
Landry Jones just might be the real deal.
Georgia/Arkansas and Tejas/Tejas Tech is a nice nightcap.

In my entire life as a Dogs fan, I don't think I would have taken the over. Especially in the past two games. Offensive juggernaut....Defense FAIL.

Nothing put a bigger smile on my face today than picturing Dr. Mike's reaction as the clock hit 0:00 at the end of the UW-USC game.
