Loog, I'd pick up a receiver or two and get rid of Leinart or Orton.

Also, get rid of McGahee and pick up Ray Rice. Dude is gonna have a huge year. McGahee is the #3 guy and definitely will get injured...trust me.

I figured we could make this a fantasy advice thread for non-obner leagues...

Help me pick 3 of the 5 RB's to start (ppr league):

LT vs BAL (I think he's banged up)
Ryan Grant vs CIN
Ray Rice vs SD
Leon Washington vs NE
Felix Jones vs NYG (I'll probably sit Felix)

I'd go with Grant, Rice and, I guess Washington.

Jones is going to play but NYG's D is tough. LT might sit I think. I believe he's questionable.

He has a shot at playing but I guess hasn't practiced all week. I think he's going to be a game time decision. Even if he plays, though, he likely won't get as many snaps and the Ravens D is no joke. Other than Grant, your backs face some pretty tough defenses in general this week!

Wes Welker is inactive if you've got him.

Yup. At least this isn't like last year when in wk 1 big names were going down left and right. So far, its just really LT, McNabb, and Cassell.

Why I hate Fantasy and why I've never played before this year:

I'm watching Falcons-Panthers. I've got Deangelo Williams. The guy I'm playing has T. Gonzalez and Roddy White.

Having Drew Brees is working out pretty well  Not even the end of the game, and I've amassed 23 points, just with him.

Tennessee is killing me though. I have their D, and they've given up 24 pts. Come on.

ok fantasy dudes...the one part i dislike about my league (and makes me yearn for days of yore with the obner league) = starting 3 WRs and no PPR. so WR3 is always a toss up, especially in a 12 team league. so, for this week, which of these guys would you play for WR3?

Laurent Ronbinson, STL (vs. GB)
Devery Henderson, NO (@ BUF)
Steve Breaston, ARI (vs. IND)

right now i have Breaston in there. Guru is telling me to play Robinson, but we all now guru blows.

I'd play Robinson...the GB secondary always seems to give a few big plays, and Robinson has been getting lots of targets. I think he's got a good chance to score. The other guys are 2nd or 3rd options for the most part.

GB is going to be even weaker this week so Robinson is a good play and has had two decent games in a row.

If it were me, though, I'd probably go with Henderson just because of Brees. Robinson is a good play, though.

I just got Robinson off the scrap heap in my league and am thinking of starting him over Bernard Berrian who hasn't done shit so far.

Yeah, I've got Berrian in the Obner league and he's been a waste so far. At least I have Drew Brees throwing to him so I'm still 2-0.

My bench beat my starters and I'm likely still going to win this week.
