It's crap compared to other Oktoberfest beers, but I got a 12 pack of it for less than $12 today. That's roughly what a 12pk of Bud or Miller cost here.
I probably should have went for that suitcase of the Beast for $9.99, but I wasn't that desperate.

Really good, except that his set went on way too long and screwed up one of our bands start time/decreased their crowd. It was definitely cool seeing him in a small room. Can't remember what song it was off of, but his band and Fogerty pulled off a sweet JAHM at one point.

The Little Penquin Shiraz I got dirt cheap at the grocery store today.

I'm not really surprised that the USA is getting beat. They don't need a win, they recently lost a player to a car accident and they need to avoid losing any players to cards before the World Cup.
It would be nice to finish atop our qualifying group, but we won't receive a WC seed for doing so.

I was watching the shootout that is the Boise State-Tulsa Football game, but am about to listen to music.

Yeah, but Honduras loves us now. And I was really pulling for them.

But damn. Losing Davies in the MVA and now looks like Gooch out with an ACL (in the 86th minute, no less)---costly 3 days.


eta: Steven Goff is reporting it's a torn patellar tendon---out 3-4 months. Not quite as bad.
