So I need to get the electrician into this tenant's apartment. I made the appointment for Saturday morning and for the last two and a half weeks I've been trying to get the tenant to give me the okay.

I've left voicemails asking him to call me back, have knocked on his door when I was pretty certain he was home, left notes, which have been taken off the door within the half hour of me leaving them, and still no word from the tenant.

What's up? Is he hiding bodies? A meth lab? I'm incredibly annoyed.

Stated in the lease he signed it says the landlord or administrator may enter the premises upon proper notice for inspection, repairs, yada yada yada, so I've been told I can let the electrician in. I may get shot tomorrow, who knows.

It's true. People suck so bad. ... and I keep taking these jobs where I have to interact with more and more of them.

Kyle, good call. The electrician will be working in the bathroom, I'll see what he can do. He's already walked into a former tenant's apartment to see a big, purple dildo sitting on the kitchen counter. Nothing phases the guy.
