Stephanie Says - It's the first one I heard and I really like the pace of the music mixed with Reed's somber voice.

All of these are great songs, though.

It's the start of my favorite VU album, for one thing, which is just about perfect front to back. The other two "Says" songs up there just never did that much for me.

"Caroline Says" I and II should also be part of this poll, even if they aren't VU.

You brought up non-VU 'Says' songs. I realize it they're Lou Reed songs though, so perhaps we should modify the thread so we're only addressing Velvet Underground and/or Lou Reed including other Former Members of the Velvet Underground Who May Have Recorded A Song that Has a Female in the Title followed by the Word 'Says'. Oh and it's a poll too.
