Man, today's Dick's Picks is awesome!

New Minglewood Blues is particularly great. Then we get a Friend of the Devil>Looks Like Rain>Alabama Getaway.

Hello Oakland!

Today's set could use a smooth "Peggy-O" - like Krauther I am nigh obsessed with that one.

I think we need to lock the doors and fumigate.

I think one of the moderators needs to move all their Dick's Picks threads to the Street team area.

Ryan, if you had brains or ambition, maybe you could listen to all Bob Pollard related "music."

Sorry for enjoying music guys. We'll go back to pretending to hate everything except black metal, electronica and fail rap...in about 3 months when we have listened to all Dick's Picks, The Download Series, Golden Road Box Set, and that 11 Disc Winterland Set.

That Winterland Set is killer for the record. Just saying.

as more and more of us drop out, i think it's time to start placing our bets on who will outwit, outlast and outplay the others....

jsh, GAR, bloor or DumpJack.

my money is on GAR simply because he is a stubborn ass Leo, like me-o.

Oh come now. You did this for attention, making sure as usual that everyone knew it was YOUR idea, and when that didn't get enough outside posts, you started this just to make good-n-sure. It's no big deal either way, I think it's actually a neat idea for you people with strong enough stomachs, and I totally enjoy popping in there every few days to catch a whiff of Hippy and see how my boys are making out (it's like watching some friends try and hold their hands on the car at the mall the longest for some radio contest), but don't play the "sorry for enjoying music" card. Not with a straight face.

if you're talking about the '77 one i upped in the other thread, i'm in full agreement. i'm getting through it slowly in the car...only on disc 5 so far...but it kicks dicks picks any day.

jsh - genuinely enjoys that shit. kinda frightening really, because i rate his taste highly.

GAR - acts like he likes it more than he really does.

bloor - that music is made for him.

Dumpjack - tagalong

i'd say Loog will try and win this.

Way to project all your faggotty hatred/secret fount of lust for me into one convenient post.

I started this thread just because every 5th post is Dalen or Rads bagging on this.

We started this for one reason: All of us knew we would never listen to the majority of these if we didn't have a reason to. Charlie and I thought it up, and decided to include the only freak weird enough to actually play along.

And yeah, there is a 25 page thread about music. So, we are enjoying (mostly) music.
