hmmm, sounds good. this could be pretty big.

dunno how I feel about this though:

The character by character deal isn't particularly new tech - it was around in ICQ 10 years ago - It honestly helps a lot with the flow of chatting in my experience

It was also on PINE chat that I was using in 1993 and was probably around long before that. I definitely disliked the feature.
