He's actually from New Orleans (technically Belle Chase), but he was too thuggish to be recruited to LSU (which is saying a lot). So Rich Rod was happy to give him a home in W. Virigina.

Horrible way to die. I'm sure it was from head injuries. I'll be curious to hear the fiance's account of it.

One of the first things I thought of.

As Tanner said, he was from Belle Chasse, LA and was a complete thug until recently (reported). The football team I coached played Belle Chasse while he was there and dude was an amazing player. Never ceased with the taunting and trash talk, though. Still a sad thing, since he was (reportedly) staightening his life out.

I sense skepticism.

Here's an article the Cincinnati paper did on him turning his life around. This was 2 months to the day, prior to his stupid death.
