awesome. I like yams though, and they are of prehistoric proportions, so i felt obliged since that focaccia is in a 16 inch skillet.

One hell of a focaccia. Pictures of my dinosaur bones coming in the yam thread, after they (and the corn on the cob) come off the grill.
