RE: Tebow's NFL chances... if Jax doesn't take him, he'll go late in the draft and be converted into a Dallas Clark-like TE or maybe picked up by Miami to help with the Wildcat. Dude doesn't have the skills to be a NFL QB. He has great work ethic, good yelling and crying abilities and
the IQ of Dexter Manley. After a few years in the pros, Jesus 2.0 will quietly be cut and will go on the road with
The Power Team as their featured speaker.
So, he'll be Eric Crouch v2.0 beta. Nice.
(Sorry, Malachi.)
Shit, I'd be even more insulting towards Crouch. That guy resisted nearly every chance he was given by NFL team, and desperately clung to the notion he could actually throw a football with accuracy and distance to play Quarterback in the Pros. Now he's selling cars in Omaha and using what notoriety he has left to film a few local commercials.
Like most Nebraska option Quarterbacks who want to play in the NFL, he briefly converted to Safety and played in NFL Europe.
Scott Frost and Jammal Lord at least saw the field in some regular season games and lasted longer than a seaon with their squads.
