Hey Cats, congrats on the new job. I've always been impressed with your art, and I hope you've found somewhere to work more open to creative thought. I've had jobs where I needed to shut off my mind when walking through the doors, just to keep myself sane and/or unincarcerated. This hasn't seemed to be a problem for you, but maybe this job will actually give you inspiration instead of frustration.

Thanks Mutty. I doubt that this is will be my creative dream job yet. BUT, it will lead to some interesting and inspiring opportunities. For now, it's just plain strange. All semester at hippy architecture school, I was using sports arenas and sports fans for examples in my presentations. My classmates and shewilleatyou are getting a big kick out of this. When I got the initial call from the recruiter, before I went through 4 weeks and 7 rounds of interviews, I knew that I would end up with this job. Shit like this is always happening to me, or I'm totally crazy and perceiving meaning into total coincidences. Either way... it was good timing and I'll have some more adventures.
