But the most unbelievable faux orgasm on record is the last half of "Love Won't Let Me Wait" by Major Harris. If you get a chance to hear the full-length version, you absolutely MUST soak it all in!
Here's the track review from AMG (by Jason Elias):

"We'll take a flight and spend the night in wonderland," sings Harris on this steamy classic. No doubt that line worked. As a member of the Delfonics from 1971-1974, Harris often didn't have much chance to woo. But as he went solo in 1974, this track proved he more than made up for it. "Love Won't Let Me Wait" is one of those rare tracks that, when used properly, will make any couple head round the bases in record time. Boozy, sensual, and insinuating, "Love Won't Let Me Wait" presents the Philly sound at its most libidinous and effective. Taking a seductive pace and leading with an understated horn and the soft backing vocals of Barbara Ingram, Carla Benton, and Evette Benson, the stage is all but set for Harris. Vocally, he's no Mario Lanza, but his raspy though smooth tenor is filled with character and is perfect for a track of this type. Harris became a lover man without screaming, begging, or pleading. In fact, he is full of bravado here. With lines like, "I'm guaranteed to inspire/Just let me take you higher," his boasts here are so good that some might want to take notes. "Love Won't Let Me Wait" also seems to have tangible evidence of Harris' skills: The heavy-breathing and sighs of pleasure come from Ingram. Although everyone from Eddie Kendricks to later Marvin Gaye employed the gimmick, here it truly worked because it sounded real. This striking track hit the charts in early 1975 and peaked at number five in April of that year.
