Yeah, it's a fairly common thing, although robotboy does it quite regularly.

I'm fairly certainly that I've never made a post here or on chatzy using the term "peahats." I would have gone with "SHHHHHHHH" or just posted this:

i thought +1 was due to the notion that having a higher post count somehow mattered and would help you rise in the ranks of the obner hierarchy?

and this

"generic pop punk unburdened by wit or originality"

is pretty much the standard definition of an actual sub-sub genre of pop punk - Ramonescore (though slightly more modern bands can sometimes be called Weaselcore). That type of stuff makes up about 1% of my actual pop punk palette.

Your argument makes the existing definition even more pertinent.

maybe:

raddish - adverb; any music sounding like an amateurish, lesser version of either the replacements, new york dolls, or "exile-era" rolling stones.
"That Used Kids band he was pimping certainly is raddish."

That's already been defined as O3CGR (Obscure 3-Chord Garage Rock)

i thought O3CGR implied music that was good? raddish let's you know the music can be safely ignored.

it's kinda funny. Rads makes fun of hipsters, yet it's hipsters that love to come up with retarded terms like he did in this thread.

I'm not coming up with anything, just logging what's already been accepted. Don't blame the messenger.
