well, this incident took place in 2005...I've had massive trust issues ever since then. Its the first time I realized that people are just being mean for the sake of being mean, they don't care that you end up homeless, living out of your car or wanting to kill yourself simply because they decided to spread a lie. It fucking hurt, I had to move back home and leave all my new friends that I had made. I seriously considered going to MA, killing a couple of people, and then killing myself.

I still don't feel that I did anything wrong

but why could they prove this...because CMJ WAS STILL RUNNING MY FUCKING NAME EVEN THOUGH I HAD CONTACTED THEM DOZENS OF FUCKING TIMES TRYING TO CHANGE IT...FUCK YOU CMJ, FUCK YOU POINGLY...GO FUCKING FUCK YOURSELF.

I will agree with this sentiment. CMJ is broken, down to the very systems that run it. Like really basic things like adding/deleting users to a database wouldn't work for weeks on end (and some flaws were never fixed). The website still goes down all the time. I'd be happy to see CMJ go away forever, but I just don't see that happening anytime soon.

Dave, let it go. Not enough time in the world to worry yourself over other people's personality disorders. Sounds like you have one of your own.

All that hostility seems misdirected. You had a problem with Hillary, and you carried a grudge against her long enough to attempt to smear her as a "bitch", and that came back and bit you on the ass.

Frankly, I don't see where poingly enters your world of hate.

No, I understand. Quite frankly, I was part of a machine that was fundamentally incompetent. It was actually much more frustrating and infuriating when I was there than it is now.

my hostility is directed towards everyone involved...Hillary was a bitch, I called her out on it, she was in the same position as me just a year before, we were friends then, her boyfriend for writing the fucking letter to my boss slandering me, my co-worker for facilitating it, and cmj for being incompetent.

I know you'll never believe me rads, but I wanted to be the bigger person, I wanted to do the right thing and be nice to everyone, that's why I apologized. I was very full of myself (much more so than now) when I said that stuff about her and I know I was wrong.

It's not that I don't believe you. Hell, I've been blindsided by casual evil a few times, and it always comes as a complete shock that humans can be such profoundly cruel cocksuckers. I'm just saying that CMJ's incompetence isn't worth this level of hostility - save that for the ones who clearly deserve it.

I know, him coming here just kinda stirred up some long dormant emotions. Cap'n made a comment to the chip on my shoulder, well here it is.

Sorry Dave. Or I guess, not sorry, if it helps.

Sorry, I really didn't mean to do that whatsoever. I wouldn't blame you one bit for hating me.

I worked with Tom for a short time too (and went to school with him)! Good dude! Things only got worse once he left.

The last time I read CMJ must have been sophomore year of high school. I thought it was a pretty decent mag, still have a bunch of the cds in random places in my house.

The lesson here is Dave, you shoulda shown it to ol Hil instead of apologizing.

NEVER APOLOGIZE - Admit Nothing, Deny Everything, POINT FINGERS.
