I am, without a doubt, a coffee person – every morning.

But, I can also enjoy a nice cuppa hot tea (and am an iced tea addict).
For iced tea, my go-to is, without a doubt, Red Rose:

Makes a perfect cup of iced.

Although, for hot tea...
Recently I discovered rooibos. It's not a brand, but a variety. It's a "naturally caffeine-free" red tea that is pretty great. I've been drinking a lot of that recently. And digging it with a big shovel.

Tea talk?

I was introduced to the Red Bush brand of rooibus tea in Johannesburg, where it's in every hotel room, along with the normal selections of coffee. Interesting stuff.

Coffee at my work sucks, so I will often bring some tea to work for something to drink during the day after I get my coffee fix in the morning. I'm not too picky though. I usually grab some Twinings Earl Grey (or whatever brand they have, this just usually seems to be on the shelf), or now and then some spiced chai.

I like "twiggy" teas, so stuff like Yerba Mate is definitely in my rotation.

Come on, Obner contrarians & curmudgeons. Todd has to have started a tea thread prior to this. Google that, or try to use the faulty search function herein, & find it, bump it, & mock Todd.

I know you have it in you.

I'll go on a kick with tea every now and then, usually coinciding with some sort of "I'm laying off soda" or "i'm gonna drink more anti-oxidants" kick.

During those times I like:

Didn't you essentially do this for us with this post.

I neither bumped a thread, nor Google'd to find such thread. I just implored that one of the usuals (Shiv, Radcliffe, Fu... sometimes, even, a Prince o' Darkness, LooGAR, Bloor, or (heaven forfend) Ol' Bulee)) do that. Board tradition, & all, like me & frostingspoon being molos, Dalen being a racist (though that doesn't keep him from bookmarking White Junk in Black Trunks), Charli being an harpy, OPA! being a shit-stirrer.

I mean, once you've seen MR MARCUS in action, is there really any going back to Evan Stone? No way.

Meanwhile, I prefer Rocco Siffredi's style, but then, I like a good swirly with the from behind action

I got some Gyokuro green tea yesterday. It's fantastic but too expensive to drink regularly. I'll stick with my favourite, Dragonwell.

I have a cup of green tea (sometimes a double bagger) with honey when I get home in the afternoon most days. My favorite is Tazo and god knows we've got a cabinet full of all kinds of fru fru shit and loose tea leaves that my wife drinks, but I usually just buy an industrial sized box of whatever at Sam's club. It's tea, not kind bud.

While this stuff is a bit too expensive, on a cold winter day, it really is fantastic:

Love tea. All kinds. I have given up soda. I'm not too caring for the coffees out there, so tea does it for me. I buy a lot of the mid-sized bottles of Golden Peak unsweetened for work lately.

I just started drinking hot tea on a semi-regular basis. I drink it in the evenings (mornings are coffee time) at home. I do like the Tazo, and I find with tea, as with coffee, the stronger the better for me (I will let the stuff steep quite a long time before drinking it).

I will have to try that rooibos and that Kalahari red tea looks like it might be up my alley too. Thanks for the recommendations.
