be careful if he wants to barter instead of paying his rent!

Exactly. I saw this considered in The Playboy Advisor recently. The longer a sex-for-shelter arrangement persists, the more difficult it becomes to evict. & if eviction proceeds, anyway, solicitation/prostitution charges might fellow (for proprietor as much as tenant).

my reputation is pretty untarnished here, especially considering the area's small population and peoples' affinity to keep dating in the same circles (ewww). my mistake was doing the ONS thing in the valley and if that comes back to bite me, i'm going to get all cold-hearted bitch. yeah.

That was totally awesome, and pretty sad/thought provoking. You talk about Veterans not getting the mental the care they need.

That said, if I was the CA GOP, I'd try to get him to run for governor.

Just got back from a long run outside. Wore gym shorts and a t-shirt.

Times like this make me really like living down here.

Gorgeous today.

Same here. although i never really got my rhythm and it wasn't really the most fun I've ever had. Then I got home to find my wife crying because the girl had been screaming the entire time I was gone. Guess I should have taken a phone or something. OOPS.
