Ok, so given PTs thread, a thread from another board and the fact that MTV has officially dropped 'music television' from its moniker makes me think it is time to salute that cultural force of the 80s music video.

It doesn't have the first two videos that I can remember seeing as a kid:
Nick Lowe - "Ragin' Eyes"
and
The Bangles - "Hero Takes a Fall"
(Both on HBO's "Video Jukebox" between showings of Clash Of the Titans and whatever else they played that day.)

Disappointed.

It was the first video I ever saw on that HBO Video Jukebox segment PT referenced earlier in this thread. It was the only place I could see music videos before MTV.
