I would ignore the calls. after a while he won't try anymore, it's boring to call someone who never answers.

First, I'd go kill the person who gave him your number.
Then I would certainly talk to him once. If it was real fucked up conversation, I'd block the calls or finally change my number.
I think most people can memorize a different phone number every 15yrs.
