I'm pretty sure Hannah and Josh Elliot are doing each other, based on their rapport when they co-host SC

I guarantee you that she is WAY more embarrassed that he got a suspension. It makes her look like she needed defending or asked them to discipline him. The ESPN brass are just uber-sensitive right now because all their men be fucking and getting blow jobs from interns.

Good Point

I hadn't really thought of it from that perspective. Female sportscasters have always had to deal with appearing too soft or being disrespected by both their male colleagues and the athletes they cover for lacking the proper credentials, i.e a cock and balls. Having him suspended for this incident clearly ostracizes her in the sportscaster fraternity, even if she did in fact not call for hit.

Also: considering some of Hannah Storm's wardrobe -- the go-go boots, Daisy Duke shirt -- have been proscribed, her role in Kornheiser's suspension is prolly null. It's all about the Swami. Norby Williamson is Berman's butt-boy, & ESPN's negotiators have a big contract renewal season coming up (Berman, Bill Simmons, Erin Andrews all come due), with scuttle-butt that Berman was already thinking he might go elsewhere (I could see him at FOX Sports replacing Curt Menafee on the pre-game show (would be an upgrade)). Anything to piss him off, then, might just raise his demands for staying to a point to which ESPN will not go, then.

At this point, I'm for getting rid of Berman before Kornheiser. I'm so tired of hearing him refer to his opinion as "we". "We" as in what? The trinity?

Yet every time I have seen Wilbon blatantly mocking him, it has been due to the fact that Lebatard made him look pretty stupid in an argument.
Hell, even Reali sided with Lebatard when they were debating whether or not Duke/Maryland was a more important game then Kansas/Kansas State.

yeah, le batard has been pretty good the last two weeks. he comes to the show far better prepared than wilbon. funny thing is wilbon always burns kornheiser on being all about star athletes. but willy buns is the same way, and it's even more pronounced when le batard is on.

I consider Berman the worst, least talented human to ever appear regularly on TV, ever. He has an innate ability to ruin everything he's involved in. Instead of resigning him, they should cram him into a dumpster, cover him in diesel fuel and burn his blubbery carcass crisp. Blech.

I think what he does on PTI is a shtick. I've heard him on other shows and been blown away at how seriously thoughtful he is in comparison to other sports radio talking heads, and his parts of the Miami 30 for 30 were certainly a man talking about something he remember fondly and cared for a lot, not all the BAM stuff.
