I posted it merely for the fact that it got a reaction out of me and was curious on what YOUR opninons were on the subject. I don't know who the guy was. I don't know why he did it. I made a "nearly" full recovery --- to this day, I can rarely smell anything.

I gave a statement to the police, as did a few other people, but, I never testified, so, I am not sure what the deal was he cut with the DA. Someone said they got his license #, so, I know they caught up with him and he was charged.

To be honest, once the police had him, I considered it his problem and moved on. I just decided life was too good (and too short) to let him bother me any longer than necessary.
