And it's about how she's cheating on her husband. Somehow, it's gone viral amongst our class. It's pretty awesome. I can't quit reading and laughing at the unintentional comedy of it all. http://magnolia-thoughts.blogspot.com/

Yeah, the self- absorption is outstanding. She sat behind me in one class, and would go batshit angry when the Prof. mispronounced her name, which happened almost every class. My friend and I would make fun of her angry diatribes she would spout under her breath at the teacher. That was my only interaction with her until this.

Ok, Cap'n's wife's child-hood best friend ("Olivia?"), the bar has been raised.

Hopefully, not so high you end up banned from facebook.

I'm guessing 5'4", 160, professional-yet-sporty-spice hairdo that is just shy of Soccer Mom, and a pant suit.

yeah, this is unfortunately a "type" in law school. there was one in my 1L research-and-writing class. also unavoidable are the late-20s dudes who treat law school as undergrad part 2 and try to hook up with everyone else in law school.

This reminds me... I'm taking some classes, and there's a woman in my class, probably a little older than me. She's trying to re-brand her image after a layoff, like many people are. I try to be open and non-judgmental about people upon first meeting them, because you never know what someone's personal circumstances are or if they're having a bad day, or what, but this woman gave me a little bit of "DANGER, Will Robinson!" vibe when I heard the things she was saying in our first class. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and during the 2nd class, she sat next to me. We had to do a short presentation on an assignment, and one of the things was to report specifically our findings in answer to 4 questions (we were on a time limit, and our instructor was holding us to it). She made "visual aids" which she didn't even hold up clearly for the class to read (think magic marker on cardboard, and drawings of the yin/yang symbol), and rambled for a good while, including tidbits like "I've died before, I'm psychic and I've seen the future" and how she'd been stalked online. Our instructor reeled her in finally, but still, turns out my gut instinct was right: she's a space cadet.

No. But she's lost about 20 lbs since school started. And after I read about her blowjob she gave her boyfriend, my mind began to soften on this no stance.

Well, I can revive it because the "other boy" is a law student. I'm not sure what's real and what's fake, but the affair part is real.

So, you're "the other boy"?

This makes me want to sign up for a couple of classes just to fuck around with people--I think that may be what's been missing from my life for the past 10+ years.
