There's no alcohol served there, but the food is good and it's a nice room.

Just an FYI for any of y'all who might be around and looking for something to do.
It's just me, solo/acoustic, which gives me some freedom with the set list and the arrangements.
It should be a fun night

&, the trifecta: skipped Bird Sounds in Chicago, Busty Rhodes at Mo's Irish Pub*, & in two days, Hop on Pop (solo acoustic) in Waukegan.

*Watching the USA-Canada Gold Medal game at Mo's, I saw their flyer for the various musicians performing on St. Patrick's Day, including the inimitable GARchipelagan Mr Rhodes. Took me a minute to figure why I knew the name -- Rhodes was not, alas, listed as such -- then remembered. I was almost tempted to show up & heckle him, demanding he play some Drive-by Truckers & show all us 'Sconny fucks how it's done, but didn't want to dignify him with my in-person vitriol. Anyway, people like the GARchipelagans, in spirit if not TASKE, are a dime a dozen, here.

Flying back to Arkansas on Friday night to see the family. Otherwise, I might have made it. I recently moved to Waukesha, and my sister lives in Burlington. Family not moving up until after the school year.

Well, her address is listed as Burlington, but it's really closer to Twin Lakes. But, to answer your second question... yeah, a little.

Man that would have been awesome if you showed up and asked for DBT. I would have loved to see everyone's face.
