The DA seems like a total jackass for threatening to waste time and money charging teachers with contributing to the delinquency of minors, if they teach kids how to properly use contraceptive devices.

But, to the DA: more than likely, just election year grandstanding. 2010 is shaping into a good year for Republicans, who always run well on "morals" issues -- pay no mind to the lesbian-bondage-club-going -- so he's just doing his duty to the Party. I'm sure it will pull in some reluctant "likely Republican" voters in a year when Feingold (hated by GOP, even if he's Mc Cain's best (Democratic) friend, after Liebermann; quite a foursome, Mc Cain/JOEmentum/Lindsay "Seen one up-close" Graham/Feingold) is a key Gooper target.
