oh my god no. That music video I saw for their single off of the new album was fucking horrible. It was awful. Please save your soul and money.

Didn't, but a workmate did. Enjoyed himself and said they played a lot of old stuff.

I suppose it's not "recently" anymore, but I saw them back in 1996 (97?).
They were amazing.
The "new" rhythm section (now 15-years on) was dead-on and the old songs hold up, as did the voices singing them. At the time, they were still writing great songs that held up very well against the old classics. I've only heard one song off the new record, but I liked it, damnit!

In short... GO.

I saw them when they toured their Merge album. Great fucking show, Played pretty much all of Singles Going Steady and the choice songs off the new one (at the time)

Whaaaaaaaa? Didn't know they were touring and doing this. That's pretty incredible. Tickets are $20. I don't see how I can't do this.
