Though, I've always wondered, do SERIOUS smokers consider 4/20 to be "amateur nite", same as SERIOUS drinkers do for New Year's, St. Patrick's, & Arbour Day?

UC Santa Cruz is traditionally one of the largest 4:20 public outdoor gatherings in the country, it is dumping rain and they've shut down the campus. Hard to spark it up in a downpour.

Already got a few texts/ calls about it today, but it was from people who are high all day every day anyways so I couldn't figure what they were excited about. My interest in weed has severely dropped off now that I'm not in college and people aren't always trying to smoke me up for free.
