Water cooler is for the lazy sorts who are feckless and contribute little except idle chat with their fellow types.

Take a water bottle if you have medical issues but elsewise do your paid work - lunch hour is the appropriate time for meals and quenching.

As for water carrying that is discourteous for a man to stand aside and watch a woman lift heavy things. What dishonor is normal in these days, it makes me very sad.
