How's it going Moe?
Not good, the lady i'm stalking tacked on another 15 feet.

Moe: Well, it coulda been a real ugly situation, but, I managed to shoot him in the spine. I guess the next place he robs better have a ramp.

Moe: Listen, you! When I get a hold of you, I'm going to use your head for a bucket and paint my house with your brains!

Moe: Business is slow. People today are healthier and drinking less. You know, if it wasn't for the junior high school next door, no one would even use the cigarette machine.

Moe: Listen, you! When I get a hold of you, I'm gonna rip out your eyeballs and shove em down your pants so you can watch me kicking the crap out of you.

I think that the most quotable character by far is Ralph.

Ralph: "Daddy, I'm scared. Too scared to even wet my pants."
Chief Wiggum: "Just relax and it'll come, son."

And, when the doctor said I didn't have worms any more, that was the happiest day of my life

That's where I saw the Leprchaun. He tells me to burn things!

I don't know if this one is in this thread, but I don't feel like checking so:

Carl "How'd your date go, Moe?"

Moe "Incredible. I've never felt like this before. It's like my heart wants to do her."

this was on tonight:

BELLAMY: (as Itchy) Hi, Poochie. You look like you've got something to say. Do you?

HOMER: (as Poochie) Yes, I certainly do! (normal voice) Hello there, Itchy. I know there's a lot of people who don't like me and wish I would go away. I think we got off on the wrong foot. I know I can come off a little proactive, and for that I'm sorry. But if everyone could find a place in their hearts for the little dog that nobody wanted, I know we can make them laugh and cry until we grow old together.

the proactive call back had me laughing

We were eating rotisserie chicken.

Someone help me out here. I'm not sure this character even has a name in the show, but I'm trying to find a clip of the guy that goes: "yessssss?"....He's got like a pencil thin mustache and he's really flamboyant. Anyone?

Homer: "Well, what do you think?"

Editor: "This is a joke, right? I mean this is the stupidest thing I've ever read!"

Homer: "What's wrong with it?"

Editor: "You keep using words like 'Pasghetti' and 'Mamatoes'... and you make numerous threatening references to the UN! And at the end you repeat the words "Screw Flanders" over and over again!"

Hartman basically did the same character on SNL. I forget what the name was then.
