The Big Boi grew on me a little after a few spins, but I don't think it's all that amazing or anything. Very good album, though.

Is that your first time listening to Free Energy? I wasn't really into it at first, but I found it to be a real grower. Stylistically it seems kinda bad, but I think it becomes endearing after a while.

I've been a little unsure of how much to expect from that Best Coast album given that I don't like any of the singles they've put out this year nearly as much as the ones from last year ("When I'm with You", "Sun Was High (So Was I)").

I'd downloaded the Free Energy album before but it was an awful rip. It still sounds kind of tinny, maybe that's the point, but I don't think the songs are that memorable and the style of music their aping isn't my favorite.

That was Nico's band, right?
I remember liking what I heard, but never owning anything by them.
Nico... you lurking about? What do you have out there?

Listening to music today...digging it...it's way better than what you're listening to.
