I can't listen to this too often, but it's so damn entertaining. It's basically a comedy album with lounge covers thrown in ranging from "Rainbow Connection" to "Institutionalized." It really is for the music geek who can recognize a Wu Tang song, as well as a Spiritualized tune. Fun stuff.

Awesome all the way around, Todd. It's been to long since I've spun that SLF record.

Very much in the Jolie Holland/Be Good Tanyas axis that it comes from. 75% of it is excellent, but a few songs get annoying (for me) when she settles into that high-pitched pre-menstrual trilling that wymmyn folkies seem to lurve so much.

I must have heard something from the 75%.
