Not hero worthy, but does strike a nerve on behalf of anyone who ever has had to deal with the public in a customer service position. The kicker is that it was with an airline and we all know the nightmare it is to fly nowadays given the gouging airlines nickle and diming, expensive security to give the illusion of safety, and most of all, rude fellow passengers.

Not even sure if it's epic win or epic fail in the end for the guy. I just think it's pretty damn epic tho.
