Yep, a Wendy's single will do just fine. Takes like real meat, and "tastes" is close enough.

I can get a baked potato, small chili, burger and a caesar salad for $4. Not a bad meal. If I can't eat the potato, I fry it up the next morning for breakfast.

No contest. No jokes about finger foods. :P

Yeah, I've eaten at a fast food burger joint once in the past 2 months and that was Checkers because they have the best fries.

If I had to choose it would definitely be Wendy's #1 combo Biggie sized.

Although I do enjoy Burger King's Onion Ring sauce.

Wendy's rules. Except for fries. McDonald's has the best, but I don't really like fries that much, so I can live w/o. Now that Wendy's allows value meal substitution, it is head and shoulders above.

The ultimate Ghetto Meal at Wendy's:
1 Double Stack,
1 Jr. Bacon Cheese burger
1 thing o' Nuggets

take the top off the double stack, and the bottom off the Jr. Bacon. Combine into one sandwich. Take the other two pieces of bread, and place the nuggets between, slather with favorite sauce. Voila, you now are a monger, and have cancer. Congrats.

I would choose Wendy's 9 times out of 10, but McDonald's cheeseburgers can't be effed with. I buy 2 or 3 of them, rather than buying a double cheeseburger, which just so happens to be just a bit more than a single cheeseburger.

"When police arrived on the scene they found the deceased slumped over his steering wheel. He had what appeared to be ranch dressing smeared all over his chest and a bacon cheeseburger in his right hand. The coroner reported a massive coronary after what appeared a long bout with the meat sweats."

Wendy's burgers are tastiest. Plus, they've got lots of non-piggy stuff, too.
There really is no contest here.

EDIT: We really should send this thread to Wendy's to use in their promos and see if we can get PAID!

To paraphrase Dennis Miller, "3 of shit is SHIT" . But of those 3, I think BK has the "best" food. Wendy's would win for cheapest, though.

Anyone else have a Wendy's that serves fried chicken, or do I have the last one standing?

wendy's has the best burgers, and is most likely to have tomatoes that are red and lettuce that is crispy.

McDonalds has the best fries, but Burger King has onion rings.

Wendy's also has the best specialty additions.
unless the McRibb is in season.

You must have the only one standing. I've never heard of that. I do know that the Wendy's in St. Thomas had 10-piece nuggets, rather than the measly 5-piece nuggets we have here. It sounds a lot less greedy to order one 10 piece instead of two 5 piece.

Besides Chick-fil-a, Wendy's is always my fast-food of choice.

Awwwww, chick-fil-a... Man I wish they'd make it up to WI. Them and goddam Waffle House already!! Jeebus H Christ, there is NO excuse for there not being a Waffle House in this state anywheres. Is there some sort of law up here that prevents WH's business practices, or something? Because it seems so obvious - they should be here.

People must not drink in Wisconsin and therefore do not need late night breakfast food. This is the only rational explanation.

Since fast food is about convenience, not quality and I don't have a BK or Wendy's in my neighborhood, but have a McDonalds in walking distance- I regrettably must vote for them.
