we just used the self-made mayonnaise, which is probably a faux pas but i don't know what one dips them in whilst in nawlins

nah, that works. I usually use a fairly simple mix of maybe 75% sour cream, 25% mayo and a generous helping of horseradish for dipping of things like FGT's, onion rings, deep fired cauliflower, etc.

this was the first burger that made me feel a bit dirty at the end. also the first burger i couldn't finish off. perhaps it was all the self-made mayo i dipped into with my FGT's, prior to ingesting an oversized load of meat, but whatever the case, i still feel a bit dirty from it.

and about the FGT's--i actually fried up a couple ripe dumaduhs too, just because we have a million. they were equally as delish.

i need a cleanse like a china man needs rice, but i have 27 more weeks of burger to go. pheeeewwwwwww.....

that's right folks, you all wish you were here for cheeseburger tuesday: where you can beat your meat and place it between two warm buns, slathered in self-made mayo.

gonna start using the word slather a bit more. that's such an underused word.

"I'm gonna slather it"

If you want to make sure you lose weight while engaging this challenge -- cough, Gayboy, cough -- have an aneurysm. I'm down to 210 lbs, from an high of 259 in Feb '09 & 235 at my last MD check-up (in April, three months before the surgery).

Not a burger.

Hot meatball sandwich with broiled onions and mushrooms, parm and mozz, on a whole wheat hoagie.

2 things - fried green tomatoes should only have one additional component: HOT SAUCE. This dipping sauce shit is for the birds. It's not a fucking french fry (or pommes frites for you food snobs)

secondly, I don't think anyone gave toots proper credit for "Uniting Hipsters and Teamsters since 1893" which should seriously be the new actual PBR ad campaign.
