The Powerpuff Girls cd is a really good one... My kids danced around to that around age 3.

Barenaked Ladies "Snacktime" gets a lot of plays in our car - The former lead singer of Presidents of the United States of America has a kid's album out under the name "Casper Babypants" that is a lot of fun. Much like TMBG, I think POTUSA songs make good kids songs anyways as they are often kind of silly.

I've got Cajun for Kids sung by Papilllon and his band. In between songs he tells stories about cajun culture. Some songs have French phrases. Its hoaky as all hell, but the kids love it and pick up the french quite easily. I found it in a 99 cent bin. Its a little treasure really.

Edit:

I went ahead and uploaded if you want it.

Sorry just getting a chance to get back to this. THANKS for all the recs, and the ups. Really appreciate it. This helps a bunch.

And yeah Yail I listen to TONS of 'regular' music around her as well, but I like to give her a little bit of her music time like first thing in the morning and right before bed. Just something we do.

Then I blast Motorhead like it's nobody's business.

Yeah I do the same, more or less. When I'm makin her dinner and stuff I put on a regular record most nights, that or kexp. But sometimes we pull out kids music.
