You're in a hurry, on a budget, or nothing else is open - so you have to go to one of the top 10 fast food chains.
What's your default dish? Here are the Top Ten fast Food Franchises as defined by Entreprenuer Magazine:

1. Subway
2. Dunkin' Donuts
3. Pizza Hut
4. McDonald's
5. Sonic
6. KFC
7. Dominos
8. Arby's
9. Baskin-Robbins
10. Taco Bell

Feel free to substitute restaurants. I personally haven't eaten at every one on their list.

Mine:

1. Subway - 6" Classic Tuna on Whole Wheat
2. Tim Hortons - Trail Mix Cookie
3. Pizza Hut - Pepperoni P'zone
4. Burger King - Original Chicken Sandwich Combo
5. Wendy's - Junior Burger Combo
6. KFC - 2 piece snack or Snackwich
7. Popeye's - 2 piece combo with rice/beans biscuit
8. Arby's - Roast Chicken & Swiss on Sourdough Rye
9. Dairy Queen - Blizzard w. Oreo & Marshmallow S'more Stuff
10. Taco Bell - Gordita Crunch with Supreme Fries

i don't eat at any of those places anymore except dunkin donuts and then all i usually get is a medium tea and a coffee cake muffin.

when i used to though...

1. Subway - foot long meatball sub
2. Dunkin' Donuts - man, when i was in my 20's i'd get a box of munchkins and 2 chocolate milks and have them finished off in 20 minutes.
3. Pizza Hut - i don't ever remember going to a pizza hut. they have a chain in new england called papa gino's which is pretty much the same, maybe a little classier. i'd usually just get a chicken parm sub but they have a chicken and roasted garlic pizza that's pretty good too.
4. McDonald's - 2 cheeseburgers. i'd stop there sometimes after being out drinking and one time i passed out in my bed in a pile of fries. i probably ate a few after i woke back up too.
5. Sonic - i haven't eaten at a sonic since the mid 90's and don't recall what i'd get when i went.
6. KFC - original recipe chicken usually. last time i went there was to get a double down. i used to get those sadness bowls a couple times too.
7. Dominos - pizza with sausage and pepperoni. haven't eaten here since they "improved" the pizza.
8. Arby's - no idea. i assume roast beef.
9. Baskin-Robbins - bubblegum ice cream.
10. Taco Bell - i don't know. soft tacos, i guess?

I have my share of bad habits but fast food isn't one of them. The only time I ever eat at those places is when I'm in an airport and don't have any other options and even then I'll usually opt for a power bar or just not eating instead.

I craved some western food towards the end of my Thailand trip, so KFC became a regular haunt.. Zinger burger meal and shrimp donut. Awesome.

Of all of those, in the past year, I've only eaten at Arby's (once).

Pretty much the only fast food I'll eat these days is Whataburger, Chick-Fil-A or P. Terry's, about twice a month, or when I'm driving to my parents' house.

1. Subway- never. Bread sammiches don't do it for me. Quizno's or a chain that started around here called Firehouse- they steam theirs- good stuff.
2. Dunkin' Donuts- Large cup of black coffee and a blueberry muffin or two.
3. Pizza Hut- Nope.
4. McDonald's- Nope
5. Sonic- used to like their chili dawgs, been years since I've eaten at Sonic, though.
6. KFC- 3 piece white original recipe, sides don't matter. I wish they sold just the skin.
7. Dominos- Nope.
8. Arby's- they used to have a beef sandwich with pepper bacon and that gooey cheese product they put on stuff. Loved it. Always accompanied by potato cakes (or whatever they call them) and a large Jamocha shake.
9. Baskin-Robbins- I usually get 2 of their NOT-1/2 gallons to take back home. Flavors depend.
10. Taco Bell- 3 hard tacos and a combo burrito, maybe some beans. No drink- hate Pepsi.

If I want a burger, it's Five Guys Regular bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos, mushrooms, and A1 Sauce.

They opened one of these and hour and a half away. One weekend, and that weekend will be coming soon, I'm going to get one for lunch.

I eat fast food roughly every two weeks and anything goes. Actually I recently removed Subway from my options because if I'm blowing calories and cash, why fuck around?

Kind of embarrassed to do this, to be honest. There are easily ten fast food places where I have a go-to choice, but not exactly the ten on that list.

Wish I didn't eat fast food anymore, but my diet's pretty awful lately. The best meals I eat these days (nutritionally) are Korean stuff that my mother-in-law makes, but they are depressingly almost always comprised of some kind of seaweed soup (sometimes with seafood, sometimes just tofu or egg), rice, and a few pickled side dishes.

Chic fil a #1 with extra Polynesian sauce. And if extremely hungover, I might rock a double cheese burger, king size fries and mongo Co-Cola from Mickey D's. Shit gots that itis in it.

Yes. Stuff two Excederins in the middle and I'll be running a marathon in two hours.

It's always funny to me the fast food places that some people love vs. the ones they won't touch.

Like my coworkers will eat at most fast food places like Arby's, McDonald's, Taco Bell, etc., but they think Subway is gross.

I go to In n Out most often: double double, pickles tomato ketchup only. Jack in the Box sometimes for tacos (have a shitload of free taco coupons). McDonalds for cheap soda. That's about it.
