every fan i've ever talked to hates it.

who thinks this shit is a good idea?

Anything that involves someone other than the national tv announcers talking is a good idea imo. I haven't noticed a lot of managers really hating it really either.

I don't think it interferes much with them doing their job. They are very brief interviews and the manager probably has far less to do in the fifth inning than he does before and after games anyway.

The Freak.

There may not be more than 10 runs total in this series. What would Halladay do to these line ups?

With Texas and New York each two games up, the networks have to be thrilled. A Tampa/Minny ALCS would have been the worst ratings in history.

My worry is the Yankees, after already having to concede home-field to the Twins, even as the Yankees had a better regular season record, will not sit by so idly when they get to the ALCS.

& baseball will prolly roll over for them.

Fuck the Yankees! Cock!

Cashman probably has a team of lawyers looking for a loophole that will allow him to sign Cliff Lee as a Free Agent before the ALCS.

the reds fucked that up about as much as you can fuck a game up and still have a shot in the 9th inning.

This is my new thing. Go all FT on everything and you'll NEVER be disappointed.

Rick Ankiel just got more poon than he ever dreamed. For his sake, I hope he's single. Even the girl bartenders at the place I was at gave me a thumbs up when I said "I'd fuck Ankiel RIGHT NOW".

The Giants just gave the Braves the one thing we didn't have.............hope.

That said, Wagner may be DONE which will be kind of sad but not every player can go out like Wade Boggs.

GARnsworth is a gotdamn travesty. I can't believe we won now that I think about it.

I guess the rational opposite end of my hatred for the Yankees is that NOT being in the playoffs affords me lesser chances to have my heart broken.

When was the last time the Giants were in the playoffs? I feel like I should know that after these last 2 games.

Like Bloor said, this will be a fucking fight to the death only to get thrown into a pit of asps ie- Indiana Jones.

I'd say the last time was 03 or so. they haven't had much success when they have been there is what is really frustrating. no title since the 50's. swept by the A's in the 89. had the Angels by the balls that one time and fucked that up too. the Giants just have a really atrocious line up which is a shame with such good pitching.
