Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but I'd start with Endtroducing.

preemptive strike is good too. and those mixes with cut chemist.

and you could probably make a halfway decent album with a few songs from each his other 2 studio albums.

Wasn't Entroducing reissued with a bonus of bonus stuff, and if so, is it worth getting over the original? I'm sure it's twice as expensive.

i also liked the U.N.K.L.E project, but it might be more that it's imprinted on a certain memorable era of my life rather than being a classic in and of itself

This is possibly the most consensus I've seen on this board.

Agree with every word here.

Where's KPH? He used to Jack off to endtroducing nigh daily.

I enjoyed The Private Press (and its remix album) quite a bit. It's not as good as Endtroducing, but it's definitely enjoyable. I'd rate the Cut Chemist mixes higher than the U.N.K.L.E. debut, but they're all pretty reasonable.

Your best bet would be to get the extended version of Endtroducing.

I'm with Cotton on Private Press, and Preemptive Strike is pretty great. "Blood on the Motorway" is actually my favorite Shadow track. That said, Endtroducing... is my Listmania #2 for a reason.

I'll hold the fanboy fort until KPH arrives.

I would go to my nearest ammo store, rent a Springfield, buy a couple rounds and pull the trigger.

are you trying to find friends by listening to this shit?

I mean, no one REALLY likes this stuff..

talking point 2000.
