Yeah, the Rangers payroll is actually lower than the "small market" Rays and Reds. And their highest paid pitcher is Rich Harden.

which is weird because they played such a big part in inflating the market.

The old bastard in the lower right is CLASSIC. I can feel the spittle and food particles hitting my face as he talks just by looking at him.

Considering Dov's "one down, ten to go"... "two down, nine to go"... "three down, eight to go"... "four down, seven to go" folderol, I think FT can poke fun at the Whigs fan, at least.

&, I'll add, "two down, two to go".

Looking at it logically, the Yanks being down 2-1 shouldn't be that shocking even to Yankee fans...

We split in Texas is what you at least hope to do on the road... 1-1
Then we lost to the hottest pitcher in the playoffs at the moment... 0-1
Yanks down 2-1.... I'm not losing sleep...
Let's win the next two and take a shot in Game 6 in Tx....If we split, then we see Mr. Lee in Game 7...

then two months after that, Mr. Lee will be preparing his speech on how he always wanted to be a Yankee anyways!

Down 2-1, with AJ on the mound tonight, yeah, pretty accurate headline....

I hear AJ is on such a short leash, he may be pulled on his first 3-0 count...

Him and Vasquez ae bums and should be shipped to the NL
