Kings Of Leon: 1-2 "fierce energy" = loud and dull; 3-5 "greater artistic maturity" = each generation gets the Goo Goo Dolls it deserves.

Lunch=
sliced granny smith apples + havarti + pesto on a ciabatta

Wanted something light, so I decided to try this kinda odd combo. It's surprisingly tasty.

So, I pulled an epic okie-doke for one of our campaigns tonight. We shot a harsh negative ad that we don't need to use, and we are going with a nicer, soft-focus ad about our candidate helped a lady whose family was killed in a shooting spree.

We took the negative, and embedded it an email and sent it to the opponent, his staff and the Repub Party folks, plus a bunch of his supporters.

Hopefully they'll spend the night crafting a response and looking stupid when we go up with the other ad tomorrow.

I'm pretty impressed with chicanery, if I do say so myself.

Yet another day trip to Miami. Just this Brazilian visa is going to end up costing my company around $2K, then the week-long trip will be in the neighborhood of $6K, all for a boondoggle. Morons- no wonder their bottom line sucks so badly.

Hunkering down for the "Great Chicago Cyclone of 2010". Expected winds equivalent to a Category 3 hurricane. Ugh.

Yea, its getting windy up here also. I heard Lake Superior could get waves up to 25-30 feet along the north shore. North end of Lake Michigan is expecting 14-18 foot waves.

On the news in Chicago they were saying 20- to 25-ft. waves. Wish that I were in (safe) viewing distance of that. I love watching that kind of thing.
This one will be "worse than the storm that sank the Edmund Fitzgerald in 1975".

(That's your cue, Bob.)

Shenanigans for sure. Be funny if it works, though.
